Dandelions are growing wild right now in my garden! Everyday around breakfast time I pick less than a handful of greens to eat. I rinse them off, chop and add them to my eggs, in my breakfast sandwiches, I top them in my soups like menudo. Check out the photos I took in how I incorporated Dandelion Greens.
How important is it to eat your bitters? Check out my Dandelion plant monograph to read details. I picked more leaves than normal that day and it sure does work well as a diuretic.
I've already made quite a few things with our beautiful guava harvest this year. My first time making Guava paste. My last batch took two hours to cook down and remove as much moisture in order to get a thick paste texture. Instead of using white sugar, I added coconut palm sugar instead. The paste was added to my granola bar edibles, the seeds and pulp to make a face mask. Guava juice w/ honey. I also made Guava habanero wings. Check out my food pictures to see what I made using Guavas!
Today 10-08-2020 I decided to add more than just Dandelions to my salad. I went around my Unattended Gardens and picked, Curly Dock, Plantago, Broccoli leaf, Moringa. I added Activated Turmeric Coconut Oil, MCT Oil, Salt and Black Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Dijon and fresh garlic.
